On Thursday, Barack Hussein Obama Soetoro Sobarkah's half-brother, Malik Obama, tweeted out what he claims is Barry's birth certificate from a hospital in Mombasa, Kenya. The question is, why do that now? Is it a fake? Is it to distract from the wiretapping scandal currently in the news?
