The VA shirking their duty in paying benefits and adjudicating claims

Several studies and commissions have stated that veterans should be paid a "loss in quality of life" payment as well as the current compensation for service connected "loss of earnings" payment. The Veterans Commission stated that veterans should be paid and immediate 25 percent increase for "loss in quality of life".

The VA of course refuses to pay what is proper and states that more study is needed: THE VA IS CORRECT IN THAT 25 PERCENT IS JUST A STARTING POINT AND SOME VETERANS WILL DESERVE MORE. But the Veterans Commission says every service connected veteran deserves an immediate 25 percent increase in service connected compensation.
