VW Passat 78.5 in the Up

It is simple, the country is not run by the people, Oil companies and EPA runs this country!!!!!!! The less MPG ya have, the more monies go into their pockets  So, the question is ......how do the Europeans maintain their road systems???? Apparently, not thru a gasoline tax.... VW Passat 78.5 MPG in the Uk This is definitely worth watching and listen to. I wish everyone of our politicians heard it and answered WHY
