At least 45 wolves in Wyoming have been killed in the past month! Tell Governor Mead to stop the unlimited shoot-on-sight killing of wolves in nearly 85 percent of the state.
Take Action Today!

On October 1 it became legal to shoot, trap and gas Wyoming’s 328 wolves throughout most of the state. Already more than 45 wolves have been killed.
My team and I are fighting in court to protect wolves from this unchecked slaughter, but we need your help to put additional pressure on the state.
The gray wolf used to be found throughout the United States, but centuries of trapping, hunting, and poisoning nearly decimated the population. The federal government has spent 17 years and millions of dollars to restore wolves to the West.
Wyoming’s new law threatens the wolf recovery that is under way—and even includes a dangerous loophole that would make it legal to kill wolves no matter how few remain.
Earthjustice has used the power of the law to successfully shut down wolf hunts in the Northern Rockies twice before, and with your help we are fighting to do so once again. Help us keep the pressure up!
Thank you for being a hero for wolves and their pups,

P.S. Take action now to help stop the slaughter of gray wolves. Then, share this news with as many friends as possible. Make sure Governor Mead hears our request loud and clear that we will not accept the senseless killing of these majestic animals!
