Our state legislature is out of session, but allegedly, they are still on the job representing us. Sure. What South Carolina is doing should have been done at least a year ago, but better late than never since only 527 people have "signed up" for the Obamination called Obamacare in that state. Of course, since no payment system has been set up, those poor folks might find out when they go to the doctor they have no coverage. Their governor will sign the bill into law.
