Judge denies bid to remove death penalty for convicted killer Jodi Arias and MORE
An Arizona judge on Wednesday rejected attempts by lawyers for convicted killer Jodi Arias to toss out the possibility of the death penalty for murdering her former boyfriend in 2008.
